Dear caret users, I'm wondering what are the differences among column, average area, and user for the threshold adjustment of metric settings. I'm hoping to see the area whose t-value is 5.4 in my data, so I guess I set it to user and type 5.4 in the pos. But, it would be great to know what column and average area are about. Any help would be appreciated.
