Hi Donna, Yes, I checked the palette file what CARET saves. It looks different than mine. Because I want to display the phase of the retinotopy, do you recommend any colormap I can use by the default CARET setting?
BTW, another question, is there any way to output the borders on the surface as the ROI in volume domain? Thanks!
