[casper] matlab 10.1 library load fix

Hi all
It's a little annoying to have to open the libraries manually every time we load Matlab with the 10.1 flow. 


Andrew Martens has suggested this fix after advice from Terry. It  
seems to work well to do a "load_system" in your startup.m which  
forces Matlab to load that library.



Rinse and repeat as required. Attached is a sample startup.m file for  
your perusal.
