The term iADC is a bit ambiguous.
Do you mean iADC v1.0 ? or iADC v1.1 ?
Your S11 magnitude plot matches those I made for the iADC v1.1.
AKA http://casper.berkeley.edu/wiki/ADC2x1000-8 v1.1
yes - a good attenuator at the input will help the match.
