Hi Ron, I've tried to compile your design (and my own) and have been having the same issue. This seems to have started when our sysadmins performed the Redhat update and now i'm unable to generate even the simplest designs.
I'll try to roll back one of our machines and see if that helps. I'll also be putting in a ticket with Xilinx.
