Oh. That was it. Even though I recompiled the slx file, I kept using the old fpg data file in the script. That was the issue. Now it works from any location.
Sorry for the confusion Adam. I just didn't pay attention to that part. Is there any tutorial planned with the ZCU111 board? My interest lies mainly in the ZCU111 board and I was using the redpitaya as a learning platform to get familiar with the casper tools and environment. I get a flavor of the toolflow now.
