So, what version of Linux are you using? I am using Ubuntu 16.04 LTS. And are you running the python script under python 3 virtual environment, see https://casper-toolflow.readthedocs.io/en/latest/src/Installing-the-Toolflow.html?highlight=virtual%20environment#pre-requisites or are you running with just standard python 2.7.
