I think we can _try_ giving non-committers leadship of some projects.
In your case Richard, I'd ask you to pick something smaller than the
MK/Windsor, though, as we are getting to know you.

Unless agreed differently I'd also not consider giving committer
access to non-committers leaders for now. You can send the patches
(cc'ing me) and I'll apply them in the meantime.
