According to the last two messages in this thread<http://forums.atlassian.com/thread.jspa?threadID=30191&tstart=0>it is available for free to open source projects, *if* the project is deemed valuable for sponsoring. As one of the largest OSS projects in .NET I think we stand a pretty good chance. So let's just wait on their response.
