The point is that for the moment YouTrack uses commercial Berkley database. It's license agreement does not allow us to donate our product for free. We are working hard on our own DB, and as soon as we make and switch to it, we will definitely start OS license program for YouTrack. This should happen within a year. Since we do want to keep supporting projects like yours, we can currently suggest you a big discount for YouTrack. The minimal sum that we can offer is $40 for the Professional Edition, and $100 for the Enterprise. Please let me know if this is interesting for you, and I will instruct you on how to proceed.
