why are we dismissing lighthouse again? it is free, including hosting, and it has 100% support for github integration (and we are looking at moving to github, which again will lower Stronghold's costs), it has a full API, useful and simple, for integrating anything else we might want (like donjon migration), and it is a kick ass product.
