Does Maryland have an organization like PICYA?   They’ve been know to circulate letter drafts to member club commodores to get quick action. They also fund in part RBOC that lobbies Sacramento on the behalf of the states boaters. I think there best role is keeping track of who’s about to author what but they also provide some assurance law makers don’t ignore serious boaters.
