Call the House Committee office at 410-841-3990 and they will tell you the exact bldg where hearing will take place on Wednesday at 1300.  Park at Navy Mem Stadium, take free shuttle to Legislative Bldgs.  Go early, if you are going to testify, take 20 copies of what ever you are going to say.  Committee office will help out with any details (but not copying).
