Check the battery cable connections. The ring terminals on the end of my 
battery cables weren't crimped correctly and thus had a voltage drop.
If your battery tester has a digital voltmeter, I would suggest checking 
the voltage at the input and output of the battery switch. Most likely 
it is a bad cable or switch.
