Don't forget that the icebox may be draining into the bilge.

This was how I found my leak. My boat takes on no water. The packing does not drip when the shaft is stationary. I do have the occasional thing that needs to be rebedded and that can sometimes leak but I've seen almost no rain water other than a little that can get past the hatch boards. If you have the newer style cockpit drains then check the part of the hose you can't see. Maybe the packing on the shaft. You do close all thru hulls when you leave the boat? I do not have an electric bilge pump. I have the original manual pump in the side of the Port lazarette. For 28 years the PO and myself , each time we go aboard, would give the pump 3 or 4 pumps and empty the bilge. Most time NO water. This year, since launch 5 weeks ago, I have to pump it 10 plus times ?? We have had rainy days but ? My question-- how does water enter the bilge? Packing box or ?
