Whatever fluid you select, remember the reason for the party is to enjoy the
boat's new name.  The date I had selected turned out to be a dreary, rainy
day. But with the addition of an awning (on land) we were successful and all
hands had a good time. The food was good as well.  All the attendees have
since enjoyed rides on the boat.  BTW the champagne I broke over the bow was
purchased from a marine store and was a breakaway bottle meant for just such
an occasion.  The alcohol we offered to Neptune and to toast  him was a fine
single malt scotch!
