Montezuma National Wildlife Refuge (MNWR) and Montezuma Wetlands Complex (MWC)
------------

     6/21: 2 PROTHONOTARY WARBLERS and 1 CERULEAN WARBLER were seen at the 
Armitage Road location on the west side of the canal.
     6/23: A GREAT EGRET was spotted at May’s Point Pool. At Knox-Marsellus 
Marsh 5 species of Shorebird including WHITE-RUMPED SANDPIPER and DUNLIN were 
found. Also seen were 11 species of waterfowl including BLUE-WINGED TEAL.
     6/25: At Morgon Road - 2 SANDHILL CRANES. At VanDyne Spoor Road - both 
BITTERNS, 8 BLACK-CROWNED NIGHT-HERONS, and BLACK TERN. At East Road - 2 
SANDHILL CRANED, DUNLIN, and BLACK TERN. At Armitage Road - BARRED OWL, 
PROTHONOTARY WARBLER, CERULEAN WARBLER. At the Audubon Center - 2SANDHILL 
CRANES.


Onondaga County
------------

      6/22: A WHIP-POOR-WILL was again heard at the Three Rivers WMA. This time 
from 60 Road on the East side near the power lines.
     6/23: Probable fledgling COMMON RAVENS were heard on potter Road at the 
Three Rivers WMA.
     6/27: A lone female ACADIAN FLYCATCHER remains at Whiskey Hollow west of 
Baldwinsville. Also found were 2 BLACK-BILLED CUCKOOS.


Oswego County
------------

     6/24: A first summer GLAUCOUS GULL was found in Oswego Harbor. It was 
relocated on 6/26.
     6/25: 1 BLACK TERN and a SCAUP species were seen on Oneida Lake from shore 
in Constantia.
