@All -  found the issue, after a reload my debug changed to OpenSent. 

@Joe -  I had two interfaces with the same ip address on the router and 
a switch loopback.  Trace route went the wrong way (to the loopback 
which had a /32 mask).

Crisis over I'm not insane just stupid.  Wooties!
