I dont think so.

CCIE is high level stuff.  Spoon feeding wont help anyone going for
their lab.  A "real" proctor will actually give you LESS info than
what are in the hints in the current workbook format.  If what is in
the books currently is not enough, then whoever is reading them needs
to go back and sit their CCNP and get a few years experience on their
belt then come back and sit CCIE v5 or v6 when it comes out.

I think the current format and amount of hints is ideal, and any more
would be detrimental rather than helpful for the reasons already
mentioned.
