you'll want to make sure of two things:

1.) you don't lock yourself out while configuring other AAA policies
(default of none can save you at times)
2.) the proctors can get in and grade when you're done

I'm guessing they'd try a few basics e.g. cisco/cisco etc, but no
guarantees.  Also, it would be horrible to get locked out during a lab!
