I just finished IPS lab yesterday. I have rack123. I encountered 2 problems.
1. I can not bring up win7-1. even after repeating starting the service. The
after-hour support claimed it simply takes a "re-start". but after it happened
to me two consecutive days with the same problem, I sent them the screen
capture what I saw on the proctorlab web page. they said they will have their
programmer fix that. so if it happens to you, you should have support start the
service for you, rathen than spending 40 mins or so keeping starting and
stopping the service like me
2. No IPS signature file on R1, so you can not do IOS IPS lab
My experience told me that we should always book 2x4 hour sessions to practice
because loading the initial config in which procrotlabs auto scripts work
sporadically and getting all the VM to work will take an average 1-2 hours .
The VM are still slow but not intolerable. I am not sure they upgrade their VM
yet.
Thre afterhour support is great though , very responsive.

Speed is ok especially for IPS lab.
It's the VMs you have to worry about, but they have gotten better since
everyone(including myself) reported problems. They aren't perfect yet, but
they should be replacing some hardware soon, if they didn't already.
