What if it says that the BW between sites is 768Kbps. Do you think that's the

Re-read, see if it hints at it, if there is a question, ask the proctor.  In
the end, do what it tells you to.

If you were going to provide shaping, you'd have to have some values to
shape TO.  So unless those are provided, you're just throwing numbers in
there.

If the  question is
Between HQ and BR2 configure LFI ( using FRF.12 or MLP) and LLQ.

Would you still provide shaping or not.

I guess I am trying to find out from the real lab point of view if the
question doesn't state anything about FR shaping is it a good idea to do FR
traffic shaping or leave it alone as it is not asked in the question

Any view ?
