Have you looked at the whole Wilson plot in general, if it has the
right peaks and valleys etc etc ?
You can do that with ccp4/Wilson and its also done by default when you
run ARP/wARP, the latter
having the advantage of seeing the expected shape as established in the
'BEST' work of Popov et al.
133 is not that shocking for a synchrotron dataset (but Tim is right,
be sure what resolution is), I can imagine it can be.
Do you have anisotropy with this huge B? If so, this is one of the
things that Phaser is good at dealing with ...

Hi,
maybe you have a low resolution data set (you didn't say. Also some
extract from the data statistics would help). The Wilson plot does not
make sense with resolution worse than say 3.5-4 A.
