Hi Nick:
You need to use two separate keywords:
DIREctory -- which tells mosflm where the files are;
and
TEMPlate -- which tells mosflm what the files look
like.
And all output will be written into the working
directory.
But if you do something like
IMAGe /full/path/to/images/image####.osc
of
TEMPlate /full/path/to/images/image####.osc
then it will take everything in front of the #### as the root for the
files it's creating, so it ends up writing to the same directory as the
images.
(Which is, incidentally, very bad practice. Keep images and
processing apart.)
