[ccp4bb]: MOSFLM 'output directory' option

Hi,     I am trying to use MOSFLM to process data that is stored in a protected folder requiring root access --> /data.   While I have two options, either (1) get root access and continue processing or (2) copy the image files to my home directory and process from there.  I would prefer to just access the images files from there current location, but have all the output files from MOSFLM to go to a folder within my home directory, is this possible using MOSFLM?  (*similar to the options available in HKL2000).   I have searched the tutorials, guides and FAQs, but can't find anything to help.  None of the KEYWORDS seem to help either.  Thanks in advance for any and all feedback!     Cheers, Nick     ________________________________________   Nicholas Noinaj University of Kentucky School of Medicine Department of Molecular and Cellular Biochemistry Biomedical Biological Sciences Research Building, Rm 236 741 S.
