Hi Bernie,
Sorry to hear that you are having problems with mrbump. Are you using it
on a machine that has an internet connection? Mrbump does various checks
to see if there is newer version available and also to update various
database files that it uses for it's template model searches. You may
also need to set the http_proxy environment variable in the shell where
you started ccp4i if you need to go through a proxy server to get to the
internet.

The program starts up and dies almost immediately. I get an error message:
"New version check failed"
and then a traceback after the line:
"Database update: Checking the web to see if newer versions..."
Suggestions???
