Dear all
I have been struggling for quite sometime in trying to get coot running on
my mac.
The situation is the following:
I have the xcode tools installed, I have version 10.4.8, I used the "fink
install coot" command, the thing seems to work up to a certain point. But
when I try to launch coot I get this error message:
[stefanos-computer:~] stefano% coot
current_exe_dir is /usr/local/Darwin-chihiro.chem.york.ac.uk-pre-release/bin
COOT_PREFIX is /usr/local/Darwin-chihiro.chem.york.ac.uk-pre-release
dyld: Library not loaded: /sw/lib/libfreeglut.3.dylib

/usr/local/Darwin-chihiro.chem.york.ac.uk-pre-release/bin/coot-real
Reason: no suitable image found. Did find:
/sw/lib/libfreeglut.3.dylib: mach-o, but wrong architecture
