Hi all,
I have a question regarding the use of high pressure protein
refolding and using such proteins for crystallography.
Disclaimer: I do not have any affiliation with the company that I am
referring in this email.
A company by name 'barofold' is selling a machine that "employs
hydrostatic pressure to disaggregate and refold recombinant proteins
from aggregates and inclusion bodies."
Has anybody used any of their products or the technique to refold the
protein and successfully crystallized it?
