Dear All,
There seems to be some anti-validation conspiracy going on:

I would like to run Molprobity (http://molprobity.biochem.duke.edu/), but with the following result: Safari can’t open the page “http://molprobity.biochem.duke.edu/” because the server unexpectedly dropped the connection, which sometimes occurs when the server is busy. You might be able to open the page later.

When trying WhatCheck (http://biotech.embl-ebi.ac.uk:8400/), the result is: The Biotech service is discontinued due to hardware retirement outside our control. We apologize for the inconvenience this might cause.

Then trying Procheck (ok, I know, the previous two are more up-to- date) from CCP4 6.0.2 locally (installed yesterday!), the program hangs indefintely in the "proclean" step...

Who's behind this, the authors of a fourth validation suite?

Mark

PS the authors of the validation program who first fix their problems will most likely earn the citation in the paper we are writing...
