Dear all, I would like to gel filter a multi protein complex (1.4MDa) as the final purification step. I have tried tandem Superose 6 columns and this complex elutes close to void volume as it is a very elongated molecule.
I was wondering if someone could suggest different analytical columns for better resolution as I plan to add more components to this existing complex.
