I like EDT in RSX11M and M+ and it gives the feel of vi a bit (at least for me) in that I can CTRL-Z to line edit mode and type a command like vi and then 'cha' back to screen mode. I don't know, perhaps calling it vi-like is a bit much but I like how it works, EDT that is.
