I have a Toshiba DVD-RAM which doesn't have a PD mode. It has only 2
modes.

- 1 LUN for CD and DVD-RAM
- LUN 0 for CD and LUN 1 for DVD-RAM

I tried to mount a CD(-R) in the DVD-RAM. It doesn't work and I got
the following log:

Not even the CD works. I try to get some useful log from readcd. How
many v and V should I use? :-)
