"Real-time Blackhole List" -- a way of blocking spam sources using DNS.
I think there is some details about it on www.vix.com or www.vixie.com (from
memory). I am sure www.sendmail.org also have details of how it works too.

Some of the RBL's are more "keen" than others, which can sometime lead to
undesired? results. Re: your mail bouncing to mr. Davidsen.
