Anyway, the correspondence then turned to the question of updating the Goldstar firmware, and I took an interest because I had experienced the same problem with my Goldstar drive. If your drive still works at least as well as it did before the update, I'm encouraged to try and see if it cures the TAO problem. Thanks.
