Motion capture data can be imported easily in Blender, provided it is in
the bvh or c3d file formats.
Basically, you can for instance use: File -> Import -> Motion capture
(.bvh)

If you have data in other mocap formats, you can export it to bvh with
softwares like amc2bvh: http://vipbase.net/amc2bvh/
