After a better look inside the Bullet changes history, it seems that the btGImpactShape has been moved in another directory in bullet 2.73. I guess that using previous releases of bullet won't compile because of line 45 in bullet.cpp. However Mike reported linking problems with this class without problems finding the btGImpactShape.h, so I'm not sure anymore of anything :/ Jorrit, what version of bullet are you using?
