I use http://mid.gmane.org/<message-id> for this. For example, your message
above is at http://mid.gmane.org/20121024083803.7b055594@skate.
Is there an easy way to do an email style "Reply-All" or similar to
an archive message like that?
I have needed to do that a few times and it seems kind of clunky to
create a new email and cut/paste the tos/froms/body.
