I guess you can fetch this message from the nntp gateway of gmane.org (at nntp://news.gmane.org/gmane.linux.embedded.celinux.devel), and then import it into your email client as a regular message. Another options is to fetch the raw message from http://article.gmane.org/gmane.linux.embedded.celinux.devel/387/raw.
