Its designed for that, but also for non-tech. The amount of people on this
list is about a third of the CF-Talk list and the amount of people who
answers tech questions is much lower. I totally disagree that people have
stopped answering on the CF-Talk list. Yes, some threads get buried, but
that's what archives are for (both web and local).
