Michael,
First off, I'd like to say the CFUN2K was a great experience. Thank you for
putting on a great conference. I walked away from the conference with every
intention of thoroughly revamping how we do our programming here.
As for you question, I am my own idiot filter. Which seems rather oxymoronic
if you think of it.
Anyhow to get to the newsgroup, simply point your favourite NNTP reader (you
can use Outlook Express, or Netscape for instance, trumpet etc) to
fuseware.com, and select the CF-Talk newsgroup. Most newsgroup readers have
filters on them so you can set up the reader to ignore any messages from any
person posting to the group. My own person rule for imposing a filter is 2
or 3 idiot, or very offensive postings.
regards,
larry
