Since the server sits beside my desk, I can monitor it (watching resources
etc.), so I catch some crashes before they happen...

Sounds like my home setup, I'm running a fast machine, loads of HD, fair
RAM, but having to run IIS, SQL Server and CFServer on the work machine
tends to slow things down a little...
