I thought math was fun but I only thought it was fun enough to see that 
something worked. Once I saw that, I had to apply it to something difficult 
for it to be fun again. I would only do the last problem from any math 
homework assignment until I hit Calculus. Talk about ticking off high 
school math teachers. I got As on my high school math tests and still 
managed to make Ds in the class. I figured that if I made As on the tests I 
should make an A in the class.
