If you want to skydive it is very easy - as easy as falling out of a plane...

actually that picture is of my first skydive - the two guys with me are there in case
I flipped out. I took about 6
hours of training before the jump. With 2 chutes and even a auto-pull computer if you
faint and can't pull your own
cord I thought that logically it was safe - however emotionally I was scared shitless
on the way up and starting
down. Then it was exciting and I had the biggest high I have ever had... :-)
The place I did it at is http://www.skydivedelmarva.com/ and you can get a school
local to you at
http://www.uspa.org/
I think it cost approx $300 for the day to do free fall (you fall for 60 sec then pull
the cord) or $160 for static
line (the cord is pulled for you as you exit the plane - just like WWII paratroopers).
Go for it!
