Don't get me wrong - I am not defending the farmers, there is little doubt
in my mind that the actions of some of them probably made the situation
worse.
(I just spell checked this and I had made a typo that prompted me to replace
"defending" with "deep ending", good thing I didn't just hit replace without
checking as I am certainly not "deep ending the farmers...)
