There you go again.

You seem to have this overwhelming sense of your own self righteousness, as
displayed in every argument in which you involve yourself.

Whilst someone else has a sense of humility, and a sense that perhaps they
are not always correct...you always speak in absolutes.
"Such things is **definitely**"

I won't bother becoming involved in arguing with you, because it's
pointless.
You also never respond to my points when I refute your assertations on this
list.
You just get really quiet and don't post again for a few days.

Who are YOUR bosses? Because it is obvious that you are READING these posts
that people are making, thus you know their contents.
How much time a day are you spending on this meaningless mailing list,
filled with posts by slouches, louts, bad employees and unprofessionals?

What would your bosses say?

You've been told more than once, that this list is a Community List. Hence
all your Technical and Professional information is going to be found on the
other Coldfusion Lists....so why the heck are you still subscribed..and why
do you still participate in this one?

You're a hoot Jim. I haven't met someone as self righteous as you since HIgh
School.
*sigh*
And I DO miss that guy. He was the 'life' of the party if you know what I
mean.

Ciao...
always keep that collar straight and well starched,

Paul,

I have very happy employees. I give them work to do, enable them with the
tools and skills to do it and expect quality results. They get paid by the
hour. They are not paid to screw around on meaningless lists. If they want
to do that, they do it on their own time - off the clock. So, yes a REAL
employer cares or that employer will not be in business long. I have a great
relationship with all my programmers. They work for me because they get
exciting projects, get paid well, work in a great environment and love to
come to work. You speak about things that you have no knowledge. Find ing
good, responsible and detail-oriented programmers is tough. Most want way
too much money for the skill set the possess. Most do not do any more than
the minimum they need do to get by. Most spend too much time screwing around
with personal email, vell phone, pages and stupid lists at work. Excessive
time spent on such things is definitely the mark of a poor employee.
