I guess you run a "do as I say not as I do" shop huh? I had a boss like
that, many of us quit and then he got canned.

you're allowed to post "A little" but your employees had better not get
caught doing it? That's a bit one sided. Do you subtract the amount of time
it takes to post each day from your own pay, since you post through out the
day I assume you are on the clock at the time?

I'm sure you're employees just adore you and can't stop talking about how
they love being micromanaged.

"I have a great relationship with all my programmers. They work for me
because they get exciting projects, get paid well, work in a great
environment and love to come to work. You speak about things that you have
no knowledge"

Unless on top of being wonder-boss you also possess some level of telepathy,
you can't speak to the happiness of your employees. As an employee who has
worked many places, I can assure you that most of us tend not to walk around
bitchin' all day, we say "Great", "love it here" and such and then one day
we give two weeks notice or less because we're tired of bosses who think
they know how we feel while walking up behind us saying "How's it going?"
or, "Whatcha workin' on?"

Do you really think you're employees would tell you "Hey Jim, I hate it
here." I know I'd never say that to any of my previous employers.
