Here are a few observations based upon personal experience.

Remember that in most countries matters of national security will override
basic human rights such as free speech.  I can think of no country where a
threat to a head of state, whether real or perceived, would be not
considered a threat to national security.

Actually, you gave up the right to privacy for this email when you posted
this email.  You sent it to a public mailing list that uses the Internet
which is at least partially controlled by public entities.

In addition, I'm sure this mailing list is read by people who have .gov or
.mil email addresses in the US and similar addresses outside the US.  By
definition, all emails entering the networks of public (governmental)
entities become public domain.  In addition, those networks are subject to
tighter national security restrictions.

I'm not sure.  But I always remember that what I post to a mailing list
should stand up to the same set of rules I would use when talking to a law
enforcement agent or government employee.  Thoughts aren't crimes yet, but
making oral or written threats to a person are.  Here in the US it is called
assault.
