Ray-

ya got that right buddy

BTW ever been to a Kosher Chinese restaurant?
Had that experience in Miami Beach.
Carafes of seltzer water on tables.
Coleslaw and matzo ball soup.
No pork or shellfish of course.
But had a surprisingly good-tasting chicken dish.

Bare in mind that what you get in many 'Cajun' restaurants is NOT real Cajun
food. (Same for Chinese, Mexican, etc.)

Of course, that doesn't mean it won't taste good. ;)
