Most of the Korean restaurants I go to here are quite authentic.

Also, there are lots of authentic Chinese restaurants.  You just need to
find them :)

Furthermore, I've been to quite a few East Indian restaurants that sure seem
to serve "real" East Indian food.  I can't see how Chicken Korma is
"westernized".  It sure ain't Sweet & Sour Chicken.
