Sorry, I just reread the stats, it clearly says:
Your download speed : 230284 bps, or 224 kbps.
A 28.1 KB/sec transfer rate.
The second line is the KB per second. Now it still rates my connection
pretty highly (right above the speed needed to stream near CD quality MP3).
